Restorative Stretch Therapy in the Salt Cave

Experience a unique fusion of therapeutic assisted stretching and the healing atmosphere of the Himalayan Salt Cave at Breathe Stretch Float.

Set within Adelaide’s beautiful boutique wellness sanctuary, this session has been thoughtfully designed to support deep nervous system restoration, physical release and whole-body wellbeing.

As you rest within the calming mineral-rich salt cave environment, gentle hands-on restorative stretch therapy is used to create softness, space and ease throughout the body. Drawing from assisted stretching, fascia-focused movement and restorative principles, the session encourages deep relaxation while helping to improve mobility, posture and breathing capacity.

The combination of halotherapy and assisted stretch therapy creates a powerful wellness experience — nurturing both physical and energetic balance.
